A little bit of springtime in Bath

Today was grey and murky, but we were determined to get some exercise and a few pictures.
The original plan was to concentrate on Crocuses as they're looking good in Keynsham - but it turns out that most of them in Bath are already past their best!

Crocuses

As the Crocuses are coming to an end, the Daffodils are taking over. I approve.

Daffodills

When we stopped to eat, you won't be too surprised to see we weren't alone...

Robin

When was the last time you saw a stone Lion looking like it wanted to die of shame?

  1. Great to see photos of Bath. Our daffodils are looking very sad after the big freeze we had, not sure we are going to get any flowers. The crocus are only just coming up so they may be saved. We have a robin in the garden but no embarrassed lion, shame! Diane

  2. Cute little bird! Our crocuses are still going, just about, but it's good to see the daffs coming out too.

  3. Hi Richard, my response is identical to Diane's thanks to the Big Freeze. This time last year we were enjoying daffodils much earlier.
